The cost of subscription legal services in Lviv

The price of subscription legal services depends not only on the amount of work, but also on the form of cooperation.

  • Fixed monthly cost.

This option involves determining a fixed amount that depends on the subscription service package chosen by the client. Different packages can cover a limited number of services or full service. Actual expenses are paid separately: state duties and fees, notary fees, document translations, business trips of lawyers, services of expert organisations, etc. The cost of services can be reviewed monthly, depending on the needs of the organisation (increase or decrease).

  • Hourly payment.

In this option, the contract fixes the cost of one hour of legal work. Payment is made at the end of each month based on a report on the services provided and hours spent. It should be noted that the minimum cost of 1 hour of legal advice from our lawyer is from UAH 1000. At the same time, it may be more expensive to order the services of lawyers in some areas.

  • ‘Mix’.

This approach provides for a minimum fixed monthly cost of legal services, which is specified in the legal aid agreement, and additional legal services are paid for at hourly rates or under other arrangements. For example, up to 10 hours per month is one amount, and from 10 to 30 hours is another.
